The further out you book the better we can curate your event! This gives us time to send demos over and lock down the sound you're looking for.
Our minimum call out is 3 hours for standard events. If you’re booking a wedding or private function that requires less time on mic, no problemo!
Yep, both Matt and Scott have public liability insurance 👍.
We have all our own equipment - all we need from you is a small space to setup.
Once we arrive, we will need 30 minutes either side of the event to set up and pack down.
For weddings, we like to arrive an hour early to meet with organisers and tweak the volume dials so the vibe feels just right.
Sure do - 20% deposit for all weddings, corporate and private functions.
We know things come up, let us know with at least two weeks notice and you will have your deposit fully refunded no strings attached!
Absolutely! We've done weddings as far up as Cairnes and as far down as Geelong, let us know where you are thinking and we can have a chat about travel!

Absolutely, once you let us know the details of your special day via our contact form, we will send over our tailored packages to suit your enquiry.
Definitely, we are entirely flexible around you. You let us know what you're looking for, whether its just the cocktail hour or the entire day.
Absolutely, we have a roster of DJ's under the Valley Entertainment label, if you are looking for a DJ to compliment our entertainment just let us know in the enquiry form the type of music you're looking for and we can send through some options and include them in the package.
Of course! Its your day and you'll want to hear your favourite tunes. Include them in the enquiry form and we can learn your favourite and of course send demos over for aisle songs, first dances, recessionals etc.
If you’re not quite sure what those songs will be yet, no worries, just note that you’re still deciding.
This is exactly what we want to hear! We can tailor the vibe to you... laid back, loungey and chill vibes? Cool! Up beat party and sing along, No problem!
We have two rules: if we've heard of the song, then we can play it. And if you request it, then its going to come on.
